ProStim Acid Series
ProStim Acid Series are highly specialized acids that are specifically formulated for oilfield acidizing of carbonate formations such as dolomite and limestone and silicate bearing formations such as sandstone and shale. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, iron control additives, clay control additives, anti-sludge additives, non-emulsifier, de-emulsifiers, enhanced recovery surfactants, diverters, retarders, and other specialized additives.
ProStim Acid Series are formulated to include specific properties that provide:
Deeper live penetration of acids into carbonate formations such as dolomites and limestones resulting in further and more continuous and extended etched radius for enhanced recovery of hydrocarbons and other fluids. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, iron control agents, surfactants and or non-emulsifiers, enhanced recovery surfactants, clay control additives, anti-sludge additives and specialized additives that modify the acid reaction on soluble formations.
Alternate and or multi directional paths of penetration of oilfield acids into carbonate formations such as dolomites and limestones resulting in new pathways being acidized for enhanced recovery of hydrocarbons and other fluids. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, iron control agents, surfactants and or non-emulsifier, enhanced recovery surfactants, clay control additives, anti-sludge additives and additives that divert the acid to alternate paths and delay the reactions of acids for further penetration of live acids into highly soluble formations.
Dissolving silicates in sand (SiO2) bearing formations such as sandstones and high silicate bearing compounds such as sands, shale, silts, clay, feldspar, drilling muds and cement and other acid soluble compounds. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, iron control agents, surfactants and or non-emulsifier, enhanced recovery surfactants, clay control additives, anti-sludge additives, additives that dissolve organic compounds, retarders that delay the quick reactions of acids at elevated temperatures, etc.
Specific formulations for oilfield acidizing of carbonate formations such as dolomites and limestones to prevent the formation of HCl + Iron + Oil “Induced Sludge” which is detrimental to the permeability of the formation and the production of hydrocarbons, gas, water, etc. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, anti-sludge additives, iron control, surfactants and or non-emulsifier, enhanced recovery surfactants, clay control additives where needed other specified additives.
Specific formulations for oilfield acidizing of carbonate formations such as dolomites and limestones with gelled acids that reduce the friction pressure when pumping at higher pressures and or rates, delay the high reaction rate of the acid for the acidizing of new pathways for enhanced oil and gas recovery and aid in the recovery of formation fines and the fines produced in acidizing. The acids can also be used to reduce friction and dissolve soluble material surrounding stuck drill pipe to aid in freeing the pipe. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, gellants, anti-sludge additives, iron control, surfactants and or non-emulsifier, enhanced recovery surfactants, clay control additives and other specified additives.
Specific formulations of organic or synthetic acids that are used to replace more corrosive acids such as hydrochloric acids due to their low corrosiveness, low toxicity, retarded reaction rate and more environmentally sustainable applications. The acid systems are specifically formulated for deeper live acid penetration into carbonate formations such as dolomites and limestones resulting in further and more continuous and extended etched radius for enhanced recovery of hydrocarbons and other fluids. The formulations commonly include corrosion inhibitors, iron control agents, surfactants and or non-emulsifier, enhanced recovery surfactants, clay control additives, and specialized additives that enhance the acid reaction on soluble formations.
Slick Water Fracturing Fluids
Fracturing fluid formulated for high-rate fracturing in long lateral and vertical completions. Fracturing fluid formulations typically include biocides, iron control additives, friction reducers, high viscosity (HiVis) friction reducers, biocides, surfactants/non-emulsifiers, scale inhibitors, polymer breakers, silica sand, etc.
Crosslinked Fracturing Fluid
Fracture fluids can be crosslinked to enhance fracture width development, proppant transport and uniform placement, leak off control, etc. Crosslink fracture fluid formulations include polymer crosslinkers, buffers, biocides, polymers, surfactants/non- emulsifiers, scale inhibitors, polymer breakers, i.e., oxidizers and enzymes, etc. Crosslinkers types include boron crosslinkers, zirconium crosslinkers, etc. Fluid formulations can be stabilized for bottom hole fluid temperatures from 100o F to greater than 250o F.
Service includes: Pump Truck, Bulk Cement Truck, Water Truck, Backhoe and Forklift, Tubing Tongs, Casing Tongs, HYD BOP, Crew Doghouse, and Wireline Truck.
